The presence of the police over the national territory

It is normal that the State, to ensure the security of Cameroonians and their property, to install the police chief in place of each administrative unit. Since the district to the region. It is not normal to confine police forces in cities, Cameroon is not the headquarters of the regions and departments. Cameroon is each piece of land here, it is every man and woman who lives here, each child, each property and this should be protected by the State. Why do we continue to recruit in the body of the police and gendarmerie if we do not give them work? I want a policy closer to citizens, taking into account all the complaints that watches over our children in a visible and real.

The Cameroonian army is not a body of default commitment!

It is our sovereignty flagship holder. To do so it must be professionalising without stops to adapt to new forms of conflict in the world. It is far behind us the time when the main mission of the armed forces was to the war or to monitor the borders. Independent and sovereign Cameroon in its statements and its facts therefore should reorient missions of his army at the service of development. The new army I am calling of all my wishes must integrate into its acknowledge not only new techniques of intervention but also a way of life in Cameroonian society. The Cameroonian army must be reflecting what we do the best not more to defend the homeland but rather to serve it; here is our most important need today.

The environment

Much of us believe that the environment and ecology concerns only rich countries. I heard on a daily basis men and women saying: we need to feed our children; we are flooded by forest, why must we preserve it? Climate change is visible everywhere. In my childhood there were four seasons clearly delimited in this country. Everyone knew when time had come to prepare land for new planting seeds; it was easy to see whether or not it was going to rain. We could multiply examples of this type to infinity. Shall we stand by in the attitude of the spectator? For me there is an urgent need for action. It is time to take decisions that matter. We must develop new sources of energy not yet explored. We must be able to provide energy to each village of that country. You understand that we should no longer live in darkness in our country while we have got streams and rivers enough to build a clean energy. The companies working in the wood must systematically replant otherwise nothing will be left for our children. We must work for the reduction of household and industrial waste. We must move towards the selective sorting and build centres our waste landfill. I want to insure a healthy environment for our parents and children. We must all commit ourselves to this objective that will make of our country a flagship of ecology and sustainable development
